Every order must be confirmed by our shipping department before to be fulfilled.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped due to the nature of our products.

  • Processing Time

    Every order must be placed 10 business days in advance. We will make all the necessary to complete your order based on our stocks. We'll inform you in case of we are out of any product requested.

  • Minimum Quantities

    We ship by pallets. Every pallet can hold up to aprox. 70 master cases. Is up to you how many master cases order but the shipping cost will be always the cost of a full pallet.

  • Shipping Conditions

    The shipping cost may vary depending on the location and according to special dates or market changes. The cost of every shipping order must be calculated on an individual basis.

  • All products shipped frozen.
  • Standard expiration date is 360 days in a freezer.
  • Meals expiration time is 60 days.
  • Products must be distributed in a refrigerated vehicle
  • Defrost time: 12 hours in a refrigerator before distribution to vending locations.
  • Once a product is defrosted to a refrigerator or vending machine, the expiration is 20 days.

  3. Remember to order the maximum number of master boxes per palette

Yes, once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

What if my products arrive damaged or thawed?

If your order arrives damaged or thawed, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We recommend to take pictures and videos in order to support our claim with the courier.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
